Frequently asked questions
Everything you're wondering, right here.
No. Stop your server whenever you like — billing stops the moment it does. Only the first hour is charged upfront at each start (minimum usage); after that, billing is minute-precise. If your balance runs out, the server is put to sleep automatically and its world is archived (kept for 14 days without File Protection).
When your server stops or goes to sleep, its world is archived and restored exactly as it was when you start it again. Without File Protection this archive is kept free for 14 days; if you don't restart before it expires, the world is reset and the server starts fresh. With the File Protection add-on we take daily automatic backups and keep your world indefinitely — pay as you go: no fixed fee, you're only charged for the size of the backups you store. You'll see the current unit price in the panel when you enable File Protection.
We give you a dedicated, stable address: yourworld.arcadeservers.com. Even if the IP changes, this address stays the same; your friends save just one address.
Yes. On 4 GB and larger packages you can enable 'Java + Bedrock' from the panel with one click (Minecraft 1.20.5+; Paper/Purpur/Spigot/CraftBukkit servers). Once on, mobile and Windows 10 Bedrock players enter yourworld.arcadeservers.com as the address plus the server's port number in the port box, and play in the SAME world as Java players. Consoles (Xbox/PlayStation/Switch) are not supported yet. Bedrock players just need to keep Minecraft updated; they don't have to worry about the server's Java version. Because the Bedrock bridge uses a small amount of the server's own RAM, it's offered only on 4 GB and larger packages, at no extra cost.
No. When you enable 'Java + Bedrock', a mobile/Windows player doesn't need to have bought the game — signing into a free Microsoft/Xbox account is enough. We don't check who paid for the game. The only exception: players not signed into any Microsoft/Xbox account can't join; when they try, the game tells them to 'sign in to Xbox'. This is Minecraft's own security rule, not our setting, and it can't be disabled. The Java (PC) side always stays fully authenticated and secure.
You top up your wallet in advance (minimum 25 TL). Hourly usage (and file protection, if you enable it) is drawn from that balance. No surprise bills; your spending is always visible in the panel.
Current Minecraft Java versions including Vanilla, Paper, Spigot, Forge, Fabric and ready-made modpacks. You can change the version and type anytime.
