Terms of Service
By using ArcadeServers you agree to the terms below.
Version 2026-07-31 · In effect from July 31, 2026
1. Service
ArcadeServers (HecekaSoft) lets players host Minecraft servers on an hourly, pay-as-you-go basis. You must be over 13 or have a legal guardian's consent to use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for your account security. Keep your password private; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
3. Billing
- Servers are billed hourly; fees are deducted from your wallet balance.
- Each hour of usage is charged upfront at the start of that hour (1-hour minimum) and is non-refundable if you stop mid-hour. Once you stop your server, no further hours are charged.
- When your balance can't cover the hourly fee, the server is stopped automatically.
- Balance is for in-service use only and is not convertible to cash (see the Refund Policy for exceptions).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use your servers for illegal content distribution, attacks (DDoS/DoS), spam, crypto mining, copyright infringement or activities harmful to third parties. Violations may lead to suspension without prior notice.
5. Data, sleep and backups
When a server enters sleep mode its world is archived; on restart it is restored and ready to use right where you left off. File Protection (backup) is on and free for every server, so your archive is kept with no time limit. On free-tier servers the world is kept for as long as the server lives: if the server is never started for 30 days, the world and the server are deleted together. The total size of your backups is limited by your server's disk space; once that space is full no new restore point is taken and your existing backups are preserved. If your balance can no longer cover the hourly fee, the server sleeps; your world is not deleted, and you continue where you left off once you top up.
6. Availability
We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We try to announce planned maintenance in advance via the panel or email.
7. Intellectual property
The panel interface, the ArcadeServers brand, logo and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. The worlds, plugins and files you upload to your server remain YOURS — we claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to provide the service (hosting, backup, migration). Third-party server software and plugins are subject to their own licences; securing the right to use them is your responsibility. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios; ArcadeServers is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages such as data loss, downtime or lost profits. In any case our total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event. This limit does not remove your statutory consumer rights. Keeping backups of your world and files is your responsibility; File Protection helps share that responsibility but is not a guarantee on its own.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time — stop your servers and send a request via Support. We may suspend or terminate your account for rule violations, payment issues or unlawful use. Except for severe violations (attacks, illegal content), we notify you first and allow a reasonable period to fix the issue. On termination your data is deleted in line with the Refund Policy and our retention periods.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you retain the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence within the applicable monetary limits.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We notify you of material changes via the panel or email before they take effect and ask you to accept them again in the panel. If you do not accept, you may close your account; any unused balance is handled under the Refund Policy.
12. Contact
Reach us at [email protected] or open a ticket from Support in the panel.
