Terms of Service
By using ArcadeServers you agree to the terms below.
Last updated: July 9, 2026
1. Service
ArcadeServers (HecekaSoft) lets players host Minecraft servers on an hourly, pay-as-you-go basis. You must be over 13 or have a legal guardian's consent to use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for your account security. Keep your password private; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
3. Billing
- Servers are billed hourly; fees are deducted from your wallet balance.
- The first hour is charged upfront at every start (a minimum) and is non-refundable even if unused; after the first hour, billing is per minute. The moment you stop your server, no further charges accrue.
- When your balance can't cover the hourly fee, the server is stopped automatically.
- Balance is for in-service use only and is not convertible to cash (see the Refund Policy for exceptions).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use your servers for illegal content distribution, attacks (DDoS/DoS), spam, crypto mining, copyright infringement or activities harmful to third parties. Violations may lead to suspension without prior notice.
5. Data, sleep and backups
When a server enters sleep mode its world is archived; on restart it is restored and ready to use right where you left off. Without the File Protection (backup) add-on, this archive is kept free for 14 days; if the server isn't restarted before that (whether or not anyone plays), the world is reset and the server starts fresh — the server itself is not deleted, only its world is renewed. As long as you keep File Protection, your server is backed up indefinitely. If your balance can no longer cover the hourly fee, the server sleeps; if the balance isn't topped up to a sufficient level within 14 days, the data is deleted and a fresh world is created. You are warned by e-mail and a panel notification before deletion.
6. Availability
We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We try to announce planned maintenance in advance via the panel or email.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the panel or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Contact
