Refund Policy
With hourly pay-as-you-go, we keep refunds transparent and fair.

Pay as you go
Servers are billed hourly and charged only while running. The first hour is charged upfront at every start (a minimum) and is non-refundable even if unused; after the first hour, billing is per minute. The moment you stop your server, no further charges accrue — a stopped server is never billed.
Wallet balance
Balance added to your wallet is for in-service use. For entirely unspent balance you may request a refund within 14 days of the top-up; if approved it is returned to the original payment method. For partially spent balance, only the unused portion is considered.
Not eligible for refund
- Fees already consumed by usage (server running hours).
- Accounts suspended/terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- Used periods of recurring add-ons such as paid automatic backups.
Payment provider
Payments are processed via Shopier. Approved refunds are returned to the original card/method; depending on your bank it may take a few business days to appear.
How to request
Open a new ticket in the 'Refund' category on the panel's Support page — it lands directly with our team and you'll be notified in the panel and by e-mail when we reply. You can also write to [email protected] from your account e-mail. We respond within 3 business days.
