The Players tab shows online players live; the row menu lets you kick, ban or grant OP.
With the whitelist on, only listed players can join. Adding/removing is one click in the panel; no server restart needed.
Players you grant OP can use server commands — give this only to people you trust.
Banned players appear in the ban list; if you banned someone by mistake, remove them from the same list.
