Automatic backups are here: one-click snapshots, one-click restore

With the new Backups tab in the server panel you can snapshot your world with one click and roll back to any backup just as easily.

Backups are stored independently from the server: even if you delete the server, you can still download your backups. Every backup is compressed and integrity-checked.

With File Protection enabled, the system takes an automatic backup every day the server is running, keeping the last 7 automatic backups and pruning older ones. Without File Protection you can keep up to 2 manual backups.

When you switch software (e.g. Paper to Fabric), your previous profile is backed up automatically — if you switch back, your world and settings are not lost.
