We added a set of new, detailed guides to the Knowledge Base covering the questions we're asked most. Instead of short surface-level notes, we went for step-by-step explanations with examples.
Some of the new guides
- Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Fabric: which server software should you choose?
- Installing plugins on your server: the complete guide
- Installing mods and modpacks with Fabric and Forge
- What is TPS and how do you fix lag?
- Building a server network with BungeeCord / Velocity
- Java + Bedrock cross-play
- Backups and world recovery
How they were written
Every guide is built to answer three questions: what is this feature, where in the panel do you do it, and what do you do when it goes wrong. That last one is usually the most useful part — each guide ends with a common problems section.
The content follows the product's actual behaviour rather than generic advice. Where a feature is conditional (mod installs unlocking from a certain package, for instance), the guide doesn't hide it — it says so plainly. The point is that nobody buys the wrong package and ends up disappointed.
The guides are live in both Turkish and English, and switching language takes you to the matching article. You'll find all of them on the Knowledge Base page.
If something still has you stuck, our support team is ready to help — and when a question comes up often, it usually turns into a new guide.
